Why do construction sites need aliphatic binder?
Excellent weathering and UV resistance: High stability: the molecular structure of aliphatic binder (straight-chain saturated hydrocarbons) is more stable than that of aromatic glues, and is less prone to degradation or yellowing due to UV exposure.
With their comprehensive properties, aliphatic binder are ideal for demanding construction scenarios, especially in projects that require long-term weather resistance and reliable bonding.
Product Description
FM-PU 1185 aliphatic binder is a one-component moisture-curing binder, and its curing speed is greatly affected by ambient temperature and humidity. In order to improve the controllability of construction, our company provides external curing agent, users can adjust the curing speed according to the actual needs to improve the construction efficiency.
Suggestions for the use of curing agent
1. Pre-test
Different climatic conditions (temperature and humidity) will affect the curing effect, it is recommended to carry out a small sample test to determine the optimal proportion of curing agent to ensure the stability of construction.
2. Recommended addition ratio (standard humidity 50%)
Generally recommended initial test ratio: 0.2%-0.3%
Generally recommended initial test ratio: 0.2%-0.3%

Construction method
Mixing: Weigh the curing agent according to the proportion, and mix well with the binder.
Construction: Finish the construction within 30 minutes after mixing to avoid early curing.
Key Precautions
✅ Recommended lubricant: laundry soap water (does not affect curing and binder performance).
❌ Prohibited use: diesel fuel, cooking oil (impede curing and form oil film).
⚠ Use with caution: laundry detergent/washing liquid (may contain aldehydes, affecting safety).
⏳ Construction time: use as soon as possible after adding curing agent to avoid curing failure.
Storage and Transport
Sealed storage in cool and dry place (5℃-30℃), avoid direct sunlight.
Keep away from fire source, shelf life 6 months.
