Color Customization

FieldsMaster boasts rich capabilities in customizing EPDM granule colors. Not only can we swiftly bring to life the colors from your design patterns, but we also offer a wide array of color choices to ensure your sports facilities stand out vividly, making them truly unique.

We have 20 standard colors and 54 Morandi color cards to choose from.
If the color is not in the regular color card, RAL or Pantone color code can be provided, and FieldsMaster can customize the color for you.

Multi-color blending of EPDM granules

Multi-color blending of EPDM granules offers a range of advantages, including diverse color options, aesthetic decorative effects, smooth gradient transitions, and durability, providing projects with a more attractive and personalized surface solution.

Blending of two or more colors is available, and you can confirm the visual effect of blended granules with our sales representatives.

Grain Size Customization

The size of the granules will strongly influence the leveling and aesthetics. Typically, the base layer is poured with large diameter granules and the top layer with small diameter granules.

Polymer Content Customization

The rubber content of EPDM plastic granules can have a significant impact on the track. An appropriate rubber content provides good elasticity, wear resistance, and improved slip resistance while reducing construction and maintenance costs, ensuring optimal track performance and quality. Here are commonly used rubber content options.

Low polymer content: 12%——15%

Suitable for medium frequency and intensity use places, such as school track and field fields or regional sports venues.

It has good elasticity and wear resistance and can meet the needs of most regular sports activities.

Medium polymer content: 20%

It is suitable for places with high intensity and high frequency use, such as professional sports venues or competition venues.

It has excellent elasticity and wear resistance and can withstand high-intensity sports training and competitions, reducing the risk of injuries to athletes.

High polymer content: 22%——30%

Suitable for professional-level competition venues, such as international competition venues or Olympic-level track and field venues.Offering the highest levels of elasticity and abrasion resistance, ensuring athletes can perform at their best during competition.

UV Resistance Customization

The intensity of ultraviolet (UV) radiation is influenced by various factors, including geographical location, season, time, and weather.It is divided into two options: normal and special. Except for areas with high ultraviolet intensity, you can choose normal in other areas.

Step 1

Customization Requirements

If you have specific product data that needs customization, please fill out the form. We will promptly verify and provide you with an exclusive quotation tailored to your needs.

Step 2

Solution Design

We will conduct a detailed analysis of your requirements, including understanding your application scenarios, specific needs, etc. We will recommend corresponding solutions and ensure a thorough understanding of your expectations and goals through effective communication. We strive to provide you with top-notch solutions.

Step 3

Sampling

After confirming the product plan and paying the sampling fee (deductible from the bulk payment), our professional technical team will start small-scale production of customized particles in the laboratory. We will complete the sampling within 6 working days and mail it to the customer for confirmation, ensuring that the customized solution meets design requirements and customer expectations.

Step 4

Quotation and Contract

Based on the customized particle plan, we will provide a detailed quotation, including product prices, delivery times, and terms of after-sales support. Once an agreement is reached, both parties will sign a contract, formally confirming the intention to cooperate.

Step 5

Production

After customer confirmation of samples, we will start mass production of EPDM rubber granules according to the confirmed formula and complete production within 10 working days. Note: Slight color differences may exist between manual sampling and subsequent mass production, but such differences are minimal. The benchmark color for subsequent orders will be based on the color confirmed by the customer for bulk samples.

Step 6

Testing

After production is completed, we will conduct random inspections on customized products to ensure they meet the design plan and your requirements.

Step 7

Delivery

Upon completion of production, we will package the EPDM rubber granules appropriately, using fully automated mechanical arms and automatic palletizing machines for pallet packaging. We will arrange delivery according to the trade terms and delivery methods agreed upon in the contract. During transportation, we ensure the safety and integrity of the products.

Step 8

After-Sales Support

We provide comprehensive after-sales support. If you encounter any issues during the subsequent use of the product, please feel free to contact us. We will provide you with corresponding feedback within 2 working days. We are committed to building a long-term partnership with you.

The process of customization is a rigorous, continuing process. It does not happen overnight, but requires enough open communication and feedback between the customer and us, even multiple times, until we make a sample that satisfies the customer. In this process, open communication can help us quickly and accurately grasp the customer's needs, and also help us find the real differences between the samples and the customer's expected standards, and then make adjustments and improvements. We believe that honest communication is beneficial to our cooperation.
